Retained - JPG has structured a contract
signed by the client defining what will be provided in the
way of outcomes and responsibilities for both JPG and the
client. The contract in a retained search typically calls
for exclusivity for the search.
Contingency - JPG will earn a fee for service
rendered. All of our searches will be dedicated to engineers
and scientist at all levels and top level executives in
business.

Coaching - JPG will help create a
blueprint and game plan to be investigating the realities
of potential career paths, your mission and career direction,
supports you with interview questions and effectiveness
resume, cover letter, thank you letters, follow up and fulfillment
as well as clarify deep desires, goals, and vision for your
career going forward
